Yamla Pagla Deewana breaks ‘Dabangg’ record

The all ‘Deols’ most awaited movie ‘Yamla Pagla Deewana’ is becoming hotter day by day.

According to trade sources the satellite rights of the movie has been sold at a whooping 16 crores to Sony (6 crores more than the price of Salman Khan starrer ‘Dabangg’).

Baba film acquired the rights of ‘Dabangg’ at 10 crores. A buyer already had the rights of the film for a reported price of Rs. 11 crores, after the promos went on air the movie became the talk of the town especially in the northern belt and finally Sony managed to clinch the deal for Rs. 16 crores.

Great going for the Deols and Sameer Karnik the director as this 20 crore budget comic caper is targeting a 40 plus recovery from the northern belt itself as on today.
